你好，我是先安裝的GX WORKS2後來才安裝的DP軟件，但我想問題和這個先後可能性不大，這個可以放在最後測試，首先我是安裝的英文版的GX WORKS2（公司和家裡的電腦都一樣），你可以嘗試換英文版的試試，其次就是你安裝GX WORKS2和GX CONFIGURATION DP軟件是否是使用的默認路徑，我在安裝時都是默認安裝一路NEXT到底，最後不行的話你就試試先裝GX WORKS2再來安裝GX CONFIGURATION DP

是不是軟件版本太低？
