當(dāng)步進(jìn)馬達(dá)丟步,或人為推動(dòng)平臺(tái),使感應(yīng)片感應(yīng)到負(fù)向極限信號(hào)時(shí),這時(shí)再進(jìn)行原點(diǎn)復(fù)位,原點(diǎn)復(fù)位M接通后,步進(jìn)馬達(dá)不轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),1PG模塊無脈沖輸出,用手往正方推開極限感應(yīng),再回原點(diǎn),碰到極限感應(yīng)后又不停止,一直在發(fā)脈沖,撞的好響,重新上電當(dāng)沒感應(yīng)到負(fù)極限時(shí)回原點(diǎn)又正常.請(qǐng)問各位高手,有沒有好辦法使它感應(yīng)到負(fù)向極限信號(hào)時(shí),再進(jìn)行原點(diǎn)復(fù)位,也能正常回原點(diǎn).我的回原點(diǎn)程序是這樣的,LDM8000 TO K0 K25 K4M450 K1 LDM11 OUTM456 (回原點(diǎn)起動(dòng)) LDX40 OUTM453(負(fù)向限位) LDX41 OUTM452(正向限位)謝謝了!
